Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Public holidays/School holidays: 09:30-20:30

Tickets are for Playtime on a per-entry basis for the duration stated on your selected session time.
At the end of the session, all guests must leave the premises as the center will need to undergo cleaning and sanitization after each session. Latecomers will have less playtime and cannot be extended.

Babies visiting the center are chargeable from 6 months onwards. Kindly note that they will need an individual e-ticket at the entrance

Due to health & safety regulations, The Polliwogs is not permitted entry for groups exceeding 5 people (adults and children).

Each adult and child require their own individual tickets. Kindly take note that online tickets purchased will only be valid on your selected date and choice of center. There will be no refund

The Polliwogs is capping the number of visitors to the centers at a maximum of 50% of the regular capacity. As such, you are highly encouraged to pre-book your tickets and play slots

The staff have been briefed and will enforce safe distancing measures. Depending on the prevailing regulations on the date of your visit, the sale of Food and Beverage products may be suspended. In such times, kindly bring your own drinks

Please be reminded that anti-slip socks and masks have to be worn at all times within The Polliwogs' premises. Should you forget to bring along your anti-slip socks or masks, they can be purchased at the front counter
