FAQs

The minimum age is strictly 7 years old by birthdate for Stand-Up Paddle & Kayak. Those under the age of 12 years old must be able to fit into a Personal Floatation Device (PFD).

This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

This package is indicated for Stand Up Paddle Board (60mins)

Please arrive at least 10 mins before your scheduled time

No prior experience needed. This activity is safe for beginners to participate
Craft (Stand-Up Paddle, Kayak) rental is subjected to availability based on a first-come-first serve basis.

The minimum age is strictly 7 years old by birthdate for Stand-Up Paddle & Kayak. Those under the age of 12 years old must be able to fit into a Personal Floatation Device (PFD).

Patron(s) are to report to the Water Sports Centre 20 minutes prior to the start of the booked slot.

A grace period of 15 minutes will be given before the booking is forfeited; your session will be cancelled if there is no show.

No time extension will be given for latecomers. All rental slots are to be completed within the stated time.

Basic technique will be taught before session is commenced.Basic swimming is required for all water sports activities.

Scheduled bookings will be based on medical reasons only and medical certificate is required. Inclement weather will only dictate by Ola Beach Club, should there be requests of scheduled bookings.

No-show's bookings will not be refundable or re-schedule.
