All children must be in good health before entering the park. The management reserves the right to refuse or remove entry to anyone who appears to be unwell

No exchanging of adults is allowed at any point of time. Any additional adult will be charged at S$10

Socks must always be worn in the premises

Strictly no outside food and drinks are allowed in the premises

Identification may be required as proof of age

Pororo Park reserves the right to impose a $25 clean-up and sanitization charge for incidents such as vomiting, urine or leaks

Pororo Park reserves the right to use images/videos captured onsite in a way that is adequate, relevant, and not excessive, for professional and marketing purposes

Damages caused by bad, unruly behavior or misuse of the facilities will be charged to the guests

All staff have the right to be treated with respect. Any hurtful comments or gestures will not be tolerated

For your safety, all rides within this facility are for individual purposes only. Parents or guardians should not ride or use the equipment with your child where specified

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Children and adults, use our facility at your own risk.
Pororo Park accepts no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, and/or loss of property

Pororo Park reserves the right to alter our operations hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice

On your day of visit, you are required to present BOTH YOUR E-TICKET + TIMESLOT BOOKING CONFIRMATION TICKET for entry.

Kids ages 6 & above must wear a face mask or a face shield in the play park.
All adults (12 years old & above) must also wear a face mask at all times

Parents/Guardians are responsible for accompanying the children in their group and must abide by a safe distancing measure of at least 1 meter

Due to limited capacity, please keep the maximum number of accompanying adults to 1 per child

Kindly arrive on time as there is strictly no extension of playtime

No show within 20 minutes of session commencement will mean forfeiture of your reservation

Pororo Park encourages responsible play and reserves the right to remove non-compliant customers from the play park without refund for the safety and wellbeing of all

Admission is on a per-entry basis. There is no re-entry for children and adults may re-enter provided there is another adult to supervise the children

Pororo Park is not responsible for any injuries caused by improper manner of play

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
