Travelers must meet the following restrictions:

Please note that all guests must be able to fit into the harnesses to participate in the activities
All guests are required to wear socks. Socks can be purchased at our counter
For safety reasons, if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medicine, participation in the activities is not permitted

We recommend wearing sports attire and closed-toe shoes
Wear clothes that are not too loose and baggy so they don't get caught on anything
All climbers (MegaClimb) must be wearing closed-toe shoes such as trainers or walking shoes (no slippers/flip flops)
If it is wet or raining, you will still have lots of fun exploring; however, we recommend wearing a waterproof jacket
We encourage you to cover your shoulders, waist, and thighs so the harness can be as comfortable as possible
Skirts and dresses are not recommended
For personal belongings, lockers are available for rent starting from SGD5 depending on the size and amount of bags
