FAQs

Guests with the following conditions are not allowed to participate in Segway activities: heart conditions, abnormal blood conditions, extreme vertigo, recent surgery, easily aggravated conditions, pregnancy, intoxication, and epilepsy

All activities are for single riders only. No additional passengers allowed

Smoking, using mobile devices, and consumption of food and drinks are strictly prohibited during the ride

Rides will be suspended in the event of wet weather

The last ride is at approximately 7:00 pm.
This is subject to change depending on weather conditions

Participants need to be at least 10 years old and meet the following weight and height requirements:
- Minimum height of 105 cm
- Maximum weight of 120 kg

Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity
