Suitable for non-swimmers

Children must be at least 4 years old to participate. Children below 110 cm in height must be accompanied by a paying adult (above 21 years old) during the interaction; only one child below 110 cm in height and one accompanying adult can participate at a time

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult (above 21 years old); a maximum of 3 children and one accompanying adult can participate at a time

One session can accommodate up to 8 guests from the same group (toddlers included)

Guests are not allowed to bring their bags and other loose items, such as jewelry and other accessories (watches, rings, earrings, sunglasses, etc); small lockers are available on-site

Photography and videography are not allowed. An official photographer will be available on-site to capture the experience. Separate fees will apply for photograph purchases

All programs are held under proper weather conditions and are subject to change

Unless otherwise specified, refunds or changes will not be granted

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside Dolphin Island
