The operator reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine, and leaks

All strollers must be folded before storing them in the designated area. No strollers/prams/travel systems are allowed in any of the play areas

Guests must book a session from the website prior to arriving on-site for their intended visit. Any visitors who have not booked online prior to arrival will not be allowed admission for the session

Guests should arrive at least 10 mins before their session commencement in order to fill in a Health Declaration form before admission.

Guests should also ensure that they have a QR scanner app pre-installed in their mobile phone to scan the code for the Health Declaration Form on-site

Each voucher strictly admits one (1) adult. Every additional adult will be charged S$7.50 on-site, but this option is subject to available capacity

Each booking only allows admission for one child booked. The guests will be charged S$37 per additional child ticket/meal on-site prior to admission

All guests must wear socks during the entire session. If the guest does not have socks, socks are offered at the check-in counter for S$4 a pair
Rescheduling of a confirmed session is strictly not allowed

“No Shows” are considered as a redeemed visit at the end of the booked session if they did not arrive during their scheduled visit. No refunds, reschedules, or replacements will be given

If a ticket voucher is stolen and/or lost, kindly note that Amazonia and/or KKday are not liable to replace or reinstate the voucher

Guests are required to follow and adhere to all existing terms and conditions of admission, park policies, and all existing laws and regulations of the government of Singapore, including Safe Management Measures. Face masks should always be worn inside the facility

Booked tickets are non-transferable, are non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled, and are not to be used with any promotions or special events
