FAQs

Guests aged below 5 years must be supervised by an accompanying adult, who will require a separate ticket.

Guests aged 5 to 6 years must be supervised by an adult outside AIRZONE, in the immediate vicinity.

For safety reasons, all guests must climb and walk unassisted on the nets. All guests must be in close-toe shoes.

This activity is not recommended for expectant mothers, and those wearing casts or with other pre-existing health issues
You must weigh less than 120kg to enter the playground

This package is indicated for Airzone Session (Weekday Session) only

All guests are required to be below 120kg

Each session is inclusive of time for safety briefing, preparation, and queuing. No re-entry is allowed

Lockers and storage facilities are available for rental on-site

All guests are required to be in closed-toe shoes. Anti-slip socks are not necessary

This experience is not available for pregnant women and guests with mobility needs
Children must remove spectacles unless shatterproof straps are available to use before entering the play area

All loose objects such as jewelry, phones, wallets, and keys must be removed before entering the play area. Mobile phones may be brought into the play area if stored in an authorized phone holder, which is sold on-site separately

There are 8 sessions each day, with the first session at 11:40 am and last session at 7:50 pm. The duration of each session is 50 minutes, inclusive of time required for safety briefing and to get on the nets. The duration of play time is approximately 45 minutes.
