How can I book an activity?
Search activities on Xperience, select what you wish to book and continue to the payment page. Complete your payment and start your adventure! It's that easy!
Can I book on behalf of my family and friends?
Yes. Just be sure to provide their details when finalizing your booking details to make a booking on behalf of your family and friends.
Delay in Xperience ticket confirmation
After successfully completing your booking on the Xperience website/app, you can generally expect to receive your final tickets within a range of 5 to 30 minutes. However, there are instances where the ticket issuance process might take longer. For example, if your booking is for a future date, defined as any date more than 2 weeks away, there could be a delay. In certain situations, our local partner may process tickets closer to the date of your experience. While we acknowledge that this is not an ideal situation, we want to assure you that your booking is confirmed. Our team is actively working to fulfill your reservations in a timely manner, and you will receive your tickets at least 7 days before your experience date without fail. Group Bookings?
We are always willing to accommodate certain group tour requests. Please send us an email to supportx@xperience.sg with the below-mentioned details. Our team will get back to you with more details within 24 to 48 hours. Name and contact details (email ID, phone number) Number of people (with age breakdown) The Xperience you wish to attend Preferred date and time
We are a group of 5 people, will it be considered as a group booking?
It will be considered a group booking only if the number of people in the group is more than 11.
